User & Trainer Agreement Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They outline your legal rights, responsibilities, acceptable platform usage, payment security, and our community standards for all trainers, clients, and visitors of International Trainer and Doctors.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, registering as a coach or client, booking fitness consultations, or accessing any service on International Trainer and Doctors, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2 Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an independent account on the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3 Code of Conduct & Community Integrity

All members of the International Trainer and Doctors community—trainers, coaches, and clients—must treat each other with dignity and respect. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Harassment, hate speech, body shaming, or discriminatory remarks of any kind.
Sharing inappropriate, sexually explicit, or unlawful content during video sessions or via fitness reels.
Attempting to bypass the Platform’s booking system to conduct off-platform payments or solicit direct cash transactions.
Misrepresenting qualifications, using fake identities, or submitting falsified certificates.

4 Health & Exercise Disclaimer

Physical fitness training, athletic exercise, and nutrition modifications involve inherent risks of injury. Clients are strongly advised to consult a licensed medical physician before starting any fitness program.

International Trainer and Doctors does not provide direct medical advice. Trainers provide guidance on exercise execution, strength conditioning, and wellness habits as independent professionals.

5 Booking, Payment & Escrow Security

All transactions on the Platform are processed through certified PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways in either Indian Rupees (INR) or United States Dollars (USD). Payments are held in escrow and released to trainers upon confirmed session completion to protect both parties against fraud.

6 Intellectual Property Rights

All software, branding, designs, logos, and proprietary algorithms on International Trainer and Doctors are the exclusive property of International Trainer and Doctors You may not copy, reverse engineer, or scrape content without prior written authorization.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, International Trainer and Doctors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from session interactions, personal physical injury, or technical disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
