International Trainer and Doctors Partner Agreement

Partner Welcome & Overview This Agreement governs your relationship as an Independent Certified Fitness Trainer or Coach on the International Trainer and Doctors Platform. By completing registration and submitting KYC credentials, you agree to uphold our global coaching safety standards, video consultation ethics, and escrow payment protocols.

1 Scope of Platform Partnership

International Trainer and Doctors operates an international digital marketplace connecting verified fitness professionals ("Trainers") with clients seeking personalized training, fitness instruction, movement screening, and wellness consultation ("Trainees").

The Trainer engages with the Platform as an Independent Professional Contractor. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create an employer-employee relationship, joint venture, or agency partnership between the Trainer and International Trainer and Doctors.

2 Verification, Credentials & KYC Requirements

To qualify for and maintain active coaching listing on the Platform, the Trainer warrants and agrees that:

All uploaded certificates, government IDs, diplomas, and accreditations (e.g., NSCA, ACE, ACSM, REPs, or equivalent) are genuine, unaltered, and current.
The Trainer shall promptly notify the Platform in writing if any professional license or certification is suspended, revoked, or subject to disciplinary review.
Platform Administrators reserve the right to perform background checks, identity confirmation, and credential audits at any time.

3 Professional Standards & Client Safety

The Trainer agrees to adhere to the highest industry standards of fitness instruction, including:

Conducting a pre-activity readiness screening (PAR-Q) or health evaluation before prescribing intense physical exercises.
Never diagnosing medical conditions, prescribing pharmaceuticals, or advising clients to discontinue physician-prescribed treatments.
Providing customized movement instructions that respect the client’s physical limits, past injuries, and declared fitness level.

4 Video Session Conduct & Anti-Harassment

All 1-on-1 and group video consultations conducted via the Platform’s integrated VideoSDK system are subject to our Strict Safety & Dignity Policy:

Trainers must conduct sessions in a professional, well-lit, and safe fitness environment wearing appropriate athletic attire.
Strict Zero-Tolerance: Any verbal abuse, harassment, inappropriate commentary, solicitation, or unprofessional conduct will result in immediate permanent banning and forfeiture of pending payout balances.
Recording: Trainers may not record video calls without explicit informed written consent from the client through Platform mechanisms.

5 Dual-Currency Pricing, Fees & Escrow Payouts

The financial terms governing bookings and session settlements are structured as follows:

Hourly Rates: Trainers establish their standard consultation rates in INR (₹) for domestic Indian trainees and USD ($) for international trainees.
Platform Escrow: Trainee payments are securely held in escrow at the time of booking. Funds are released into the Trainer’s Platform Wallet only after the scheduled session is verified as successfully completed or valid completion OTP is recorded.
Platform Commission: International Trainer and Doctors deducts a standard platform processing and software fee (as displayed in the Trainer Portal) from the gross booking amount.
Payouts: Trainers may initiate withdrawals to their verified bank account or UPI ID. Payout requests are processed within 3 to 5 business days following review.

6 Rescheduling, Cancellations & No-Show Policy

To ensure high platform reliability, cancellations and no-shows are governed by the following rules:

Trainer Cancellation: If a Trainer must cancel a confirmed session, they must do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Frequent cancellations may trigger automatic profile de-ranking.
Client Cancellation: Cancellations made by clients within the permitted cancellation window will follow the Platform Refund Guidelines.
Trainer No-Show: Failure to join a confirmed video session within 10 minutes of scheduled start time without prior notice constitutes a No-Show. The client will be automatically refunded, and the Trainer will receive an account strike.

7 Content Rights & Fitness Reels Studio

Trainers uploading fitness reels, instructional video clips, or workout demonstrations to the Platform grant International Trainer and Doctors a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and market this content to prospective clients on our website and mobile applications.

8 Termination & Suspension

Either party may terminate this partnership at any time upon written notice. International Trainer and Doctors reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any Trainer account found in violation of this Agreement, fraudulent document submission, or repeated client complaints.
